As soon as your payment is approved, your order will be sent to production.
Production time of your garment is 2-3 weeks after your payment and then another 1-2 weeks for shipping.
If you have ordered fabric samples, these will be sent to you by post within 1 week after your payment and expect another 1 week for shipping within Europe and up to 10 days for shipping to the US.

A credit card purchase can be declined by our payment providers (DIBS and PayPal) or your bank for a number of reasons. The most common reasons are:
- Insufficient balance on the card
- The card number, expiry date or CVC code is entered incorrectly
If your purchase is declined, try again and double check that you enter all information correctly. If the purchase is still declined, contact your bank with your transaction ID and ask why the purchase is being declined. If you have not noted your transaction ID, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide it for you.
Yes, you can. If you have a specific fabric in mind that you cannot find on our website contact us and describe the fabric in detail, and attach a picture of it if possible. We will then see if we can source the fabric. You can even purchase the fabric yourself and we will arrange for shipment to our tailor. Please contact us if you have such requests and we will quote you a price.
If something does not look right or does not work on our website we will be very grateful if you e-mail us and tell us about it. We are constantly improving and testing our website to make sure it works optimally, but if something slips through our tests we would really like to know about it. If you find a bug on our site, we would in addition be very happy if you could provide us with what operating system and version, internet browser and version and resolution you are using so we can correct the problem as soon as possible.
This will be done within a couple of days after you have paid for your order. The refund is credited to the account you paid from.
Yes, you can. If you log into your profile at Suitopia you can see the status of your order. Until it is sent the status will be “In production”. When your order is sent the status is set to “In transit” and you will see a tracking number that you can use on www.dhl.com to see your order’s journey to your doorstep.
DHL makes three attempts to deliver. DHL will try to contact you by telephone should all of these attempts fail. It is thus recommended that you leave your telephone number when placing your order. Unfortunately DHL has no possibility to deliver the product to any close-by postal service office, store etc. If you know that your product is on its way and that you will not be home, please contact DHL.
